Audit (tech, functional, UX/UI)
Sarenza started as a French pioneer in online shoe retail and has grown into a full fashion and lifestyle platform. After its acquisition by Monoprix, the brand repositioned itself. As part of that move, Sarenza wanted to redesign its iOS and Android app.
The challenge was to turn the new positioning into a modern mobile experience. At the same time, navigation had to stay fluid across a very large catalog. So the goal was to bring the app up to current UX and UI standards, without losing performance or usability at scale.

Overview
Therefore, Tapptic supported Sarenza with a structured redesign, combining analysis, collaboration and execution.
Full audit: first, we ran an in-depth technical, functional and UX/UI audit of the existing app. In particular, it showed the main frictions, opportunities and priorities.
Collaborative design process: then, the Sarenza and Tapptic teams worked closely together. For example, we analysed how people used the app and turned those patterns into stronger user journeys.
Interface redesign: finally, we built a refined, modern UI and a smoother shopping experience. As a result, users can browse, discover and buy more easily.
Result: overall, a refreshed mobile experience that matches Sarenza’s new positioning. Because the catalog is easier to navigate, shopping feels more engaging.
