Overview

We deployed a collaborative and methodical approach based on the NPE framework (Narrative, Primitive, Enablers) to build a solid and actionable strategic vision. Our methodology combined in-depth market analysis, technology and innovation monitoring to identify the strongest differentiation opportunities.

Through a series of collaborative workshops bringing together teams from across departments, we structured insights and constraints from each business unit to extract a shared vision. This methodology enabled us to define a clear product architecture : a compelling narrative, a central promise, and an ecosystem of features prioritized by business and user value.

Result: a comprehensive 5-year strategic vision that streamlines cross-departmental collaboration and data orchestration, establishing the mobile application as a strategic accelerator contributing directly to Carrefour’s global ambitions.
