In a retail environment where fluidity and autonomy have become essential expectations, Monoprix sought to offer its customers a reimagined shopping experience, combining digital convenience with in-store efficiency.
The objective was to create a comprehensive mobile solution that simplifies every step of the customer journey from online ordering to in-store payment, while integrating a modern and accessible loyalty program.This ambition required designing a unified application capable of adapting to different shopping modes while ensuring high-performance and scalable technical experience.

Overview
We developed a comprehensive mobile application based on React Native, aligned with Monoprix’s technological ecosystem, to ensure long-term performance and maintainability.The application offers three major features that transform the customer experience :
Optimized online ordering : users order their groceries, pay in advance, and pick up their order in-store at their convenience
Smart queue-skipping solution : scan items directly in-store via the application, with access to dedicated checkouts for fast, frictionless payment
Digitalized loyalty program : digital loyalty card and complete access to benefits, discounts, and personalized offers, available anytime
The new mobile application redefines customer autonomy in-store, significantly reduces waiting time, and strengthens engagement through an accessible and personalized loyalty program. The solution positions Monoprix as an innovative player in phygital retail, where technology and customer experience converge to create everyday value.
