Audit (tech, functional, UX/UI)

Sarenza, a French pioneer in online shoe retail that has grown into a full fashion and lifestyle platform, wanted to redesign its iOS and Android mobile application as part of its brand repositioning after its acquisition by Monoprix.

The challenge was to translate a new strategic positioning into a modern mobile experience, while keeping navigation fluid across an extremely large catalog. The objective was to modernize the existing app to match current UX and UI standards, without sacrificing performance or usability at scale.

Overview

Tapptic supported Sarenza with a structured redesign approach combining analysis, collaboration, and execution.

Full audit: an in-depth technical, functional, and UX/UI audit of the existing application to identify frictions, opportunities, and priorities.

Collaborative design process: close work between Sarenza and Tapptic teams to analyze usage patterns and translate them into stronger user journeys.

Interface redesign: implementation of a refined, modern UI and a smoother shopping experience, designed to help users browse, discover, and purchase seamlessly.

Result: a refreshed mobile experience aligned with Sarenza’s repositioning, built to make a large catalog feel easier to navigate and more engaging for shoppers.
