The TEC (Opérateur de Transport de Wallonie) is Wallonia’s main public transport operator, running a vast network of buses and trams across the region. The ambition was to build a new mobile application designed to better support travelers throughout their journey.
The challenge was to turn geolocation and real-time data into a service that actually helps in motion: guiding users, surfacing the right information at the right time, and making the overall experience intuitive and engaging.

Overview
In collaboration with TEC, Idweaver, and Tapptic, we designed and built a feature-rich mobile platform focused on traveler support and adoption.
Companion mode: in-motion guidance to help users navigate their journey more confidently.
Interactive map: a playful, intuitive map experience with personalized geolocation for stops and points of sale.
NFC reader for Mobib cards: seamless integration to simplify everyday usage and reduce friction.
Gamification layer: avatars, rewards, and interactive animations designed to make trips more engaging and reinforce usage over time.
Result: a new mobile experience that turns real-time mobility data into practical guidance, and helps strengthen user engagement with public transportation.
